*International Orders: On very rare occasions, destination to some countries may take up to 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and India. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for each country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions on calculating import costs, if any.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at [email protected] We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once the order has been fulfilled.
DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
