All of the items we list are pre-owned items. Some of the items are used, and some have not been worn. The condition of each item is listed in the product description.

Where do you guys ship to?

We ship worldwide! If you are able to put the country in your shipping address, we can ship to you!

How long does shipping take?

If you are in the USA, standard shipping is 11-19 days and express shipping is 4-7 days. For international orders, it can take 3-5 weeks. This also depends on where the vendor is located.

I placed an order, but the tracking information is not updating?

If you chose standard shipping, it can take 4-10 days for the information to update. To be able to provide free shipping to our customers, orders are batched together to save on costs.
